Randy Cash
Commander - Army

Randy is currently serving his second term as the Commander of District 13, VFW Department of Florida.

Randy is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from Winter Park High School in Winter Park, Florida, and the University of Miami.

Commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Army through University of Miami ROTC in 1981 after serving 4 years as an Army enlisted soldier. Randy retired from the Army as a Major in 1999 after serving in Operation Provide Comfort in Northern Iraq, Korea, Turkey, Germany, and commanding an UH-60 Blackhawk assault helicopter company during Operation Restore Hope in Somalia. His military awards include 3 awards of the Army Meritorious Service Medal, 4 awards of the Army Commendation Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, South West Asia Service Medal (with bronze star), Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, and the Army Senior Aviator Badge.

Randy has served two terms as the Commander of Post 7721 in Naples, Florida after joining the Post in 2010. 

Randy is the owner and President of Flamingo Air Management Incorporated, headquartered in Naples, Florida.
